Flavor profile: rich and aromatic

Delta Diamond stands out thanks to its distinctive sensory profile:

• 53% notes of roasted grains and spices (with a hint of popcorn)
• 25% roasted nuts and dried fruits
• 20% cocoa, caramel, and chocolate
• 2% fruity accents

The result is an intense, aromatic coffee with a long finish and a rich crema.

Origin: Africa and South America

The Arabica beans in this blend come from the best coffee regions of Central America and Africa, where the high altitude and climate ensure a complex flavor profile with a balance between strength and finesse.

Roasting: slow and careful

The beans are slowly roasted in the traditional way at approx. 194 °C for 20 minutes. This process brings out the natural aromas and reduces the caffeine and acid content, resulting in an intense but smooth taste experience.
