At Koffiezone.nl, you can pay for your order safely and easily using a range of payment methods. The available payment options and any applicable fees are always clearly displayed during checkout.

Secure payment via PAY.

Through PAY., we offer the following payment methods:

• Bancontact – free and immediate payment
• SEPA bank transfer – free advance payment
• Visa & Mastercard – free and immediate payment
• American Express – free and immediate payment
• Apple Pay – free and immediate payment
• Google Pay – free and immediate payment
• PayPal – 3% surcharge on the order amount

When paying by SEPA bank transfer, you transfer the amount yourself. Your order will be shipped once we have received your payment.

Secure payment via Mollie

Through Mollie, we offer the following payment method:

• Klarna – Pay Later – 3% surcharge on the order amount

Any payment fees are always clearly displayed before you complete your order. You can still choose a different payment method during checkout.

Additional terms and conditions of the relevant payment service provider may apply when using PayPal or Klarna.

Invoice

After placing your order, you will receive your invoice by email.

Minimum order amount

The minimum order amount at Koffiezone.nl is €26.00 per order.

Business orders and payment on account

Koffiezone.nl supplies both consumers and businesses. Business customers can create a business account and use our business ordering options.

The first business order must be paid in advance. From the second order onwards, subject to approval, business customers may order on account up to a maximum credit limit of €500.

Orders placed on account must be paid within the agreed payment term.

When placing a business order, always enter your VAT identification number and correct company details.
