Since 1993, our coffee roaster J.J. Darboven has had Fairtrade coffee in its range - and was one of the first to consistently support it on a large scale. Fairtrade coffee comes from small farming families and is imported directly from the producing countries, without brokering. Through the association TransFair e. V., a minimum price is guaranteed for the harvests and a fair price benefits the coffee farmers. But Cafe Intencion is not only fair, it is also extremely aromatic, because we use only the very best green coffee from highlands, which we freshly roast according to our special process immediately after delivery in Hamburg. Cafe Intencion coffee products are always freshly roasted with the best expertise in the roasteries of our own J.J. Darboven group of companies.
