Koffiezone.nl is a Dutch family business specialising in the online sale of coffee beans, coffee capsules, coffee pods, instant coffee, ground coffee and coffee accessories.

Our experience with coffee began 16 years ago in our physical retail stores. Today, we use that extensive product knowledge and practical experience entirely online. Over the years, we have built a wide-ranging coffee selection for both private and business customers.

We source our coffee competitively from specialised suppliers and wholesalers in the Netherlands and abroad. This allows us to offer many well-known coffee brands at attractive online prices.

We also regularly offer special coffee deals, and many products are available with quantity discounts when you order multiple packs.

We also have a dedicated category for coffee with a shorter best-before date, which we offer at extra-low prices due to its shorter remaining shelf life.

We show the current best-before date

We believe it is important that you know what you are buying before placing your order. Wherever possible, we therefore display the current best-before date for products that are in stock.

For example, if a product states Best before 12-2027, this means that the indicated best-before date is December 2027.

Much of our coffee has a long shelf life, making it easy to order several packs or a complete case at once. Many products also offer additional quantity discounts for larger orders.

Shipping your order

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Depending on the selected shipping method, we use DPD, DHL or PostNL.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive Track & Trace information so you can follow your parcel online. Current delivery information is displayed on the product pages and during checkout.

The cardboard shipping boxes we use are FSC-certified. Ordering several packs at once can also help reduce the number of separate shipments required.
