Right of withdrawal for you as a customer.

Reflection period/return

It can sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like to have the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are the same prices you see in the in the table below per package. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, please contact us via return portal You can choose from the following carriers: DPD, Dhl or PostNL. You need to print out the return label at home.

We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

Want to exchange a product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. Please contact [email protected]. However, you will have to bear the costs of returning the product yourself.

I have entered a wrong delivery address!

Did you accidentally pass on the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 13:00 will be shipped the same day. This applies to all products that mention the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page there is an indication of the delivery time. If, for any reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. 

Shipping costs in the Netherlands for delivery to a collection point are:

DPD collection point (maximum 18 kg) €3.95 - You can choose which DPD point the parcel will be delivered to while ordering. There are usually several drop-off points in your area.

DHL collection point (max. 23 kg) € 5,29 - During the ordering process, you can choose at which DHL point the parcel will be delivered. There are usually several drop-off points near you.

Shipping costs for the Netherlands for home deliveries are:

DPD €5.95 - 1 delivery attempt at home address. Not at home? Then your parcel goes to a DPD collection point near you

POSTNL INSURED €6.99 - 1 delivery attempt at home address. Not at home? Then your parcel goes to a POSTNL collection point near you

DHL INSURED €6,99 - 2 delivery attempts at home address. Not at home? Then your parcel goes to a DHL collection point near you

UPS €11.99 per 30 kg -1 delivery attempt at home address. Not at home? Then your parcel will be delivered to a UPS collection point near you

The maximum weight per shipment is 28kg. If you order more than 28kg, it will be packed and sent in several boxes. You will then also receive several Track&Trace links in your mailbox.

You will always receive an email with Track & Tracé code.

Delivery is made by the postman or parcel delivery person of the selected carrier. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Outside the Netherlands we ship everything with DPD Track & Trace.

Some remote areas (Corsica, Balaeren, Canary Islands etc) are subject to surcharges. This concerns certain zip codes. If you live in a remote area and see your zip code listed. Please choose the correct shipping option otherwise your order will not be sent. We thank you for your understanding.

We ship from the Netherlands to other countries in Europe only with DPD.

The costs of any return shipments outside the Netherlands to Coffee Zone are entirely yours.
