At Musetti, quality is not just controlled and certified; it is a process built through a rigorous system of procedures for selecting green coffee beans, proper roasting and composing the right blend, right down to the packaging that protects the aroma.

The selection of raw materials and suppliers is crucial to ensuring an excellent product, which has always been the company's top priority. Every coffee we buy comes with a detailed card describing its physical characteristics and origin. However, that is not enough for us. Our green coffee suppliers take a representative sample of each batch and send it to us so we can analyze, roast and taste it. The coffee is then sent only if the sample meets our quality standards. The same procedure is repeated in Italian ports before the batches of coffee are finally transferred to the Pontenure facility. This protocol is part of our UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification system.
