Preparation
Use the coffee, for example, ground from the filter coffee machine or the sieve stamp pot, but also whole beans from the fully automatic machine.

The optimum amount of coffee per cup is 7g (= 1 full tablespoon/ 1 level batch of coffee). With the sieve stamp jar, the optimum brewing time is 3 minutes.
