History of Moak coffee
With countless stories and rich experiences, Moak never stops looking forward, but never forgets its roots and the land where it all began. In 1967, Moak was born as a modest family laboratory in Modica. Thanks to the excellence of its products and the vision of founder Giovanni Spadola, continued today by his children Alessandro and Annalisa, the company is now present in more than 50 countries.
This success has been achieved through continuous growth, both in terms of production and organisation and in the choices always made with an eye for quality and detail.

The Moak coffee
The high quality of our blends comes from the careful selection of the best Arabica and Robusta plants. We have been cherishing this care with pride for more than 50 years. This is why we choose the best single origins. We control the entire production process to ensure it is true to our quality standards: we treat the beans with care and roast them to size, because we want to preserve the aromatic notes and fragrance that emerge from the moment of harvesting, for each type of coffee.
Moak coffee is packaged and roasted in Italy.
