It is a combination of Arabica beans from the three Central American states of Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica, complemented by a Robusta from the Democratic Republic of Congo. The slow roasting, one origin at a time, brings a sweet, soapy taste to your cup with a slight acidity and a full body. Delicate flavour embraced by a fine, persistent cream.
