Dallmayr Crema d'Oro beans

The smell of coffee hangs in the air. Slowly the spoon dips through a layer of golden brown crema. For this coffee specialty, precious Arabica beans from the highlands are carefully matched and gently roasted. The result is a velvety, fine and light crema.
Dallmayr Crema d'Oro is a mild coffee with a balanced aroma ideal as a coffee crema or Schümli.

Coffee specialty with a velvety crema

For Dallmayr Crema d'Oro, fine Arabica beans from the highlands are carefully blended and gently roasted. This mild coffee specialty in whole beans impresses with its balanced aroma and velvety, fine, light crema.

Ideal for all fully automatic coffee machines:

During brewing, water is forced through the coffee at high pressure. The brewing pressure ensures that certain substances are dissolved from the ground coffee very quickly. The coffee grounds act as a filter for the water.

Extremely suitable for making Caffe crema, Latte, Macchiato and Cappuccino.

The result is a layer about 1 to 3 mm thick with a fine-grained, creamy consistency in light to dark brown: the crema. It is the hallmark of a successful espresso or caffè crema. The “cap” looks appetizing and also preserves the flavors and aromas and warm temperature in the cup.

As caffè crema, café crème or Schümli a true delight.
