History of Moak
Moak is all about stories and experiences, with a constant look to the future without forgetting the roots and the land where it all began. Our story begins in 1967 in Modica as a modest family laboratory. The excellence of our products and the vision of founder Giovanni Spadola - passed on to his children Alessandro and Annalisa, who run the company today - have made Moak present in more than 50 countries. This success has grown thanks to continuous expansion, both in production and organization and in our ongoing commitment to quality and attention to detail.

This is why we choose the best single origins. We monitor the entire production process to ensure that it remains true to our high quality standards: we treat the beans with the utmost care and carefully roast them for each variety, because we want to preserve the aromatic notes and fragrances that radiate from the moment of harvest to each cup of coffee.
